This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Candace m Fabian who was born in Brooklyn N.Y on feb. 12th, 1957 and passed away on November 7, 2005 at the age of 48. You will live forever in our memories and hearts. You left us so suddenly, i guess i didn't want to believe that you would, and still till this day, i don't want to believe that! i love you so much and miss you everyday that i wake up and the only thing that i hope for is that you found peace and love where you are.... I'll never forget the love and friendship you showed to me and the way i felt when i first heard of your death! it made me so sad but i know one day i will see you again and hold your hand again; and laugh with you again!! you will never know how much you meant to me untill i can see you and hug you.... I miss you Candy cane, love you sooo much, you were my best friend and probaly always will be!!!
